We make preparation of your floor top priority. We conduct moisture tests to ASTM Standards (American Society for Testing and Materials) to insure your floor can accept our coating or overlayment. We then diamond grind or shot blast the substrate to achieve the best profile for the adhesion of our coating systems.
We specialize in crack and joint repair and many systems require no down time, an important factor in high traffic situations. Terra Coat also provides stripping and finishing of Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) and Terrazzo, as well as concrete cleaning and degreasing.

Formula
A colorless, transparent liquid that penetrates concrete and masonry building material, protecting, preserving and strengthening them. It does this by effectively penetrating the surface and solidifying the components of the concrete into one solid mass.
